Power Up! Wellness Camp – Developing Healthy Habits | Ages 12-16
This unique, interactive, camp experience is designed specifically for youth ages 12–16. This camp offers a hands-on, engaging approach to building healthy habits for both mind and body.

Activities:
- Outdoor games, team challenges, and creative workshops
- Group discussions developing positive connections
- Hands-on activities like making gratitude journals, preparing healthy snacks, mindfulness exercises, and goal-setting boards
Participant Readiness & Expectations:
This camp is designed for youth who:
- Can participate in group activities with minimal support
- Have basic social and communication skills
- Are open to trying new experiences and contributing to a positive group dynamic
- Are ready to learn, grow, and have fun!
This camp empowers teens to develop lifelong healthy habits, build resilience, form meaningful friendships, and enjoy games, laughter, and learning.
