Girls Friendship Group | Ages 8-10

This girls friendship group is a fun, supportive space where girls ages 8–10 can connect, laugh, and grow together. Through games, activities, and guided conversations, participants build confidence in their social and emotional skills while forming meaningful friendships.

The group focuses on:
– Emotional awareness: understanding and expressing feelings in healthy ways
– Conversation skills: listening, sharing, and taking turns in discussions
– Cooperation & teamwork: working together and supporting one another
– Conflict resolution: handling disagreements calmly and respectfully
– Empathy: recognizing and caring about others’ feelings
– Building and maintaining friendships: learning what makes friendships strong and lasting

Activities are hands-on, engaging, and age-appropriate, encouraging girls to practice skills in a safe and encouraging environment. The group emphasizes kindness, inclusion, and respect, helping each participant feel valued, heard, and supported.

By the end of the group, girls gain practical tools they can use at school, at home, and with peers—while having fun and making genuine connections along the way.
