Mighty Movers: A Gross Motor Program | Ages 5-7

Mighty Movers is a fun and active group designed to help children ages 5 to 7 build confidence and coordination through movement! Led by a skilled therapist, this gross motor program focuses on developing foundational movement skills such as balance, strength, coordination, body awareness, and motor planning — all essential for success in play, sports, and everyday activities.

Ideal for children who may benefit from support with: 

• Core strength and posture
• Balance and coordination
• Motor planning and sequencing
• Confidence in physical activity
