Girls Night

Girls Night |  Ages  11 -13

The ability to be able to talk openly and understand common (and maybe not so common) concerns about development is crucial for our wellness and social development. The goal of Girls Night is to have open, honest conversations, develop and share strategies, improve self-awareness, and understand that you’re not alone. Growing up can be hard! Each session will be dedicated to a certain topic. Your child is encouraged to bring forward questions, concerns, and obstacles they may have or might be experiencing and together we develop problem solving techniques and with the support of the facilitator, design the strategies for managing obstacles.

Topics covered include:

• Recognizing and managing gossip
• Understanding and implementing healthy boundaries
• Puberty, hormones, and emotions
• Relationships and consent
• Plus so much more……..

Prerequisite: Bring your curiosity, questions, and sense of humor.
