Emotions in Motion – Self-Regulation Group | Ages 5-7

Coaching kids on how to recognize and manage their emotions and behaviour. The group will increase self-awareness of emotions, and work on understanding their emotions and impulses. Children will learn to recognize and name their feelings, practice simple techniques to manage their emotions in a supportive setting, and learn how their behavior can impact thoughts and feelings of others. The group encourages kids to embrace their feelings and navigate them in healthy and empowering ways.
