LSCTS will Remain Open Amid New Ontario COVID-19 Restrictions

In light of the new Ontario Government restrictions announced today, we want to ensure all our clients and their families that our clinic will remain open for both in-person and virtual appointments.

We have been operating at reduced capacity since the beginning of the pandemic, and will continue to strictly adhere to our Covid-19 protocols, in order to keep both our clients and staff safe.

If you have ANY Covid-19 symptoms, please call the office immediately to switch to a virtual appointment or to reschedule.

The updated Covid-19 symptoms include:

  • fever or chills,
  • cough,
  • shortness of breath,
  • decreased or loss of taste or smell,

or two or more of the following:

  • Runny nose or nasal congestion
  • Headache
  • Extreme fatigue
  • Sore throat
  • Muscle aches or joint pain
  • Gastrointestinal symptoms, such as vomiting or diarrhea

To avoid a late cancellation fee, please contact our office more than 24 hours notice. Our therapists work hard at preparing for your visit and have planned their day accordingly.

We will continue to monitor current restrictions and work along with the Health Unit and Province to ensure our clinic is a safe place for all who enter. Please continue to monitor yourself and your children and notify the office of any changes in health that may impact your appointment. Thank you for your help and cooperation at this time.

As covid-19 cases rise and the threat of Omicron continues to grow, we may be dealing with feelings of uncertainty and feel overwhelmed by it all. We may be thinking: “Can we visit family?”, “Can we travel?”, “Will school reopen after the break?” This uncertainty can affect us and our children. So how can we cope and help our children to cope as well?

Parent Coffee Time is Back!

A Live and Free Event

Lyndsey started Parent Coffee Time in order to give parents the opportunity to discuss their concerns as they are being experienced.

We are excited to be once again offering this FREE informal time with Lyndsey. We are dealing with very different circumstances than we were two years ago, so please help us make this event beneficial as possible for our community by taking a few minutes to complete a small survey.
