SUMMARY:Emotions in Motion: A Self Regulation Group | Ages 5-7
DESCRIPTION:Coaching kids on how to monitor and manage their emotions and behaviour. The group will use the Alert® framework to increase self-awareness of emotions\, and teach adaptable strategies for managing emotions and impulses.  \nThe program will also teach skills such as: Identifying feelings in themselves and others\, exploring appropriate strategies to use to self-regulate\, and how one’s behaviour can impact thoughts and feelings of others. \n$300\nAges 5-7\nSeptember 23 – October 28 (6 weeks)\nTuesdays | 4:30 – 5:30 pm\nBarrie Clinic – Unit 114 \nREGISTER HERE\nRegistration opens on August 15 and closes on September 12 \n
